Do you set any deadline for applications? |

We make it a policy to keep our doors open for superior engineers. For the moment we have no set deadlines for applications. There is some chance that this will change in the future, depending on how many people we recruit now. |

Do you recruit contract employees? |
 |
Basically we recruit people for full-time employment, though hiring on a contract basis is not entirely ruled out. This depends on the skill, private situation, and other aspects of an applicant. We can discuss details on a one-to-one basis. |

Do you set an age limit? |

Age is just one of many considerations. We generally place more importance on the applicant's career, skills, and personality. Please take the age range shown as just a guideline. |

What are the typical age layers of your employees? |

Roughly speaking, our engineers are in their 20's and our managers are in their early 30's. |

Can you briefly describe your employee welfare benefits? |

Our principle is to have all the welfare benefits but the public social insurances borne by our employees with their annual salary. As such, we have no particular system. We should note, however, that we plan to establish a system for employee share ownership in the near future. |
