We of Connect Technologies Corporation recognize the crucial importance of protecting personal information in carrying out our chief line of business, system development for mobile phones. The policy for the protection of personal information set forth below is thoroughly understood by every employee of Connect Technologies and strictly implemented without exception or failure.

Connect Technologies has an established control organization to protect personal information (information on both employees and customers) and information on our system development for mobile phones appropriately and effectively in the course of its work. To submit various reports to our services for advertising and in-house units working on related operations.
To conduct surveys on the use and use environments of mobile phones.

Preliminary screening to determine the need for an interview.
To contact applicants (to let them know interview schedules, interview results, and similar matters).

We also make immediate corrections whenever we discover the need for an improvement as the result of an internal audit, the occurrence of a security accident in the industry, a request from a customer or employee, and so on.

We comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to the use and protection of personal information, as well as the guidelines of the organs with which we are officially affiliated.
5. Ongoing improvement of our information security management system
We improve our information security management system on an ongoing basis, taking every possible opportunity to review the system through internal audits, audits by delegates from other businesses, and other steps which maintain the system in the best possible condition.
6. Honoring the rights of our customers and employees
We honor the rights of our customers and employees. When a customer or an employee requests that we disclose, correct, delete, use, or withhold his or her personal information, we comply with the request without fail.
