Before NTC Holdings consents to become a subsidiary, however, it stipulates that Sky Media Co., Ltd., a 100-percent subsidiary of NTC Holdings, must be granted operation of the Mobile Division of Bit-isle Inc. by Bit-isle Inc., a parent company of NTC Holdings.
