Connect Technologies, Kanematsu Communications, and increws co. are to collaborate on in-store trials to verify the Media Connect Station advertising solution (compatible with NTT DoCoMofs gToruCa®h) during the J. League Omiya Ardija Fan Appreciation Event.
Connect Technologies Corporation (a developer of mobile phone content), Kanematsu Communications Ltd. (a seller of mobile communication devices and related equipment), and increws co., ltd. (a 100% subsidiary Connect Technologies specialized in diverse mobile advertising services) are to jointly install Media Connect Station in the event booth for g2006 Omiya Ardija Fan Appreciation Dayh to be held at the Saitama New Urban Center gKeyaki Hirobah on (Saturday) February 25, 2006. The new terminal, a shop solution compatible with the gToruCa®h function offered by NTT DoCoMo, will be used to provide fans with benefit information on the event sponsors as part of a trial to verify the developerfs advertising model.

Connect Technologies Corporation is pleased to announce that its directors have resolved, as of their board meeting of December 21, 2004, to acquire NTC Holdings Co., Ltd. as a wholly owned subsidiary of Connect Technologies through a stock acquisition to be executed by late February 2005. Before NTC Holdings consents to become a subsidiary, however, it stipulates that Sky Media Co., Ltd., a 100-percent subsidiary of NTC Holdings, must be granted operation of the Mobile Division of Bit-isle Inc. by Bit-isle Inc., a parent company of NTC Holdings.
